Today we make stuffed peppers:
step one – get all your ingredients. You require:
1 – peppers – whatever size you want
2 – olive oil
3 – rice mix (I like Uncle Bens Bistro Express)
4 – For Meat Eaters – ground beef/chicken/pork/people/dinosaurs – I like to use the Taco Bell Mix
5 – For Vegetarians – you can get a premade mix from The cold salad places on grocery stores, OR you can mix up your own stuff. This should include some beans, and Lemon juice for awesome flavor
6 – Veggies – Tomatoes Onions Garlic Ginger – To your taste
SO here’s the deal.
The Peppers
Core your peppers, if you are skilled, you can core them and keep them whole. If you are not skilled, cut then in half. Once you have taken out the pepper cuts, place the peppers nicely on some kind of pan thing to go into you oven. Now, you must splash the peppers with olive oil. try to get them coated, don’t worry about using a lot of oil either cause you can keep it when you are done. Place the peppers in your oven at around 350 and let them simmer, you want them to be as soft or as crispy as you like.

The Meat
Cook your meat. Add some powdered flavourings. Put it aside.
The Vegetables and Rice
Cook your Vegetables, add whatever you want. I suggest chopped up tomatoes and Onions. Also, Ginger and garlic, finely minced. Then throw in your Bistro express or equivalent. Takes two minutes literally.
For the Vegetarians
Make your special Mix. I use This stuff that is yellow from the grocery store. Also, I put lemon juice in for added Flavor. **Please note, my friend SELMA discovered the yellow rice stuff to mix in for vegetarian peppers, not myself. I received a threatening phone call after posting this, it was HER idea. Ps, she’s my assisstant.
The Important Step
Mix your meat with your Rice and Veggies, or Mix your Special Mix with yoru rice and Veggies, OR mix all three together if you are feeling frisky.
You are ready
Now you are ready to stuff your Peppers. Once your Peppers have reached desired temperature remove them from the oven. If you burn easily or are clumsy, wait until they have cooled a bit. Scoop from your final concoction and place this mix into each pepper, stuff it so it is just about to overflow. Don’t be stingy.
Place your stuffed peppers in the oven so they can heat up a bit.
Then serve and enjoy.

Ps, pan on the bottom is garlic bread, an excellent side dish invented by Soma.
